We are delighted to inform you of the recent integration of KRINO Asesores y Abogados Tributarios, a multidisciplinary firm based in Madrid and led by our new partner José Antonio Fernández, into Audiconsultores ETL GLOBAL.
This integration, together with the former one of Spanish VAT Services, a firm specialised in VAT matters that joined us in 2023, has resulted in the creation of a single firm comprising over 120 professionals, with offices in both Barcelona and Madrid, now operating under a new name: ALLYON ETL.
This new brand was officially launched on 29 April at Casa Rius, a Modernist building that perfectly embodies our values of tradition (this year marks our 40th anniversary!) and evolution. It was created with the aim of becoming a strategic ally to our clients, combining expert local insight with a strong international link, thanks to our affiliation with the ETL group.
As you may have noticed, the symbol of ALLYON ETL is an open hand inspired by the universal gesture of the high five – a visual representation of positive energy, celebration, collaboration, and trust. Our corporate message, “High five, high trust, high success”, summarises how we understand professional relationships: with optimism, excellence, and a shared drive for achievement.
