CAREER
Alba Muxí has been a practicing lawyer since 2001, specializing in Bankruptcy and Litigation Law. She currently focuses her practice on strategic advice in bankruptcy matters, providing value to companies in anticipating and defending against potential bankruptcy scenarios, representing both bankrupts and creditors. She has extensive experience in pre-bankruptcy company restructurings and in pre-litigation and litigation advice on corporate disputes, challenges to corporate resolutions, and director liability.
