CAREER
Marta Rios is Partner and CEO of Allyon ETL, with more than 20 years of experience in the legal and professional services sectors. A specialist in management control and strategic project management, she has led organizational transformation processes and promoted the development of advanced pricing tools. Her cross-functional approach and strategic vision have been key to process optimization and data-driven decision-making, boosting the efficiency and profitability of the organizations where she has worked.
She began her career as a consultant and auditor, participating in economic feasibility plans, financial analysis, restructuring, banking negotiations, and audits for companies in various sectors. In 2001, she joined Cuatrecasas, where she developed a solid track record for over a decade in the area of management control and reporting. She began her career as head of the Barcelona office and later assumed the position of deputy director at the firm level.
Since 2022, she has led Allyon ETL as Partner and CEO, driving a transformation process that ranges from the firm's strategic repositioning to the professionalization of the company itself, strengthening the organizational culture, and a commitment to process digitalization.
