CAREER
Currently, Adrià Carasol is part of the Strategic Consulting Department at Allyon ETL, developing his career as an analyst specializing in Corporate Finance transactions, focusing on M&A and financial due diligence processes. His work focuses on adding value to clients through strategic analysis and decision-making in investment and divestment processes.
He began his professional career at Allyon ETL in 2022, in the Bookkeeping & Tax Compliance department, where he gained experience in general accounting, financial statement preparation and analysis, annual account closing, and tax preparation. This period allowed him to build a solid and transversal foundation upon which he has projected his growth into the strategic consulting field.
He combines his professional career with a Master's degree in Financial Management, specializing in Corporate Finance, which has allowed him to consolidate key knowledge for his performance in the consulting field, especially in advanced financial analysis, capital structure, business valuation, and corporate finance.
