CAREER
Eduard Casanovas advises commercial companies and third-sector entities. He specializes in advising on contractual, operational, and regulatory matters for commercial companies, foundations, associations, and cooperatives in sectors such as healthcare, consumer affairs, culture, research, education, and new technologies.
He began his career as a lawyer specializing in data protection, e-commerce, and new technologies, both for private and public entities, subsequently expanding his training and professional practice to include commercial and corporate law and various sectors, especially in healthcare, research, education, and technology.
He has also specialized in intellectual and industrial property law, anti-money laundering, and corporate compliance.
