CAREER
Francesc primarily advises national and international business groups, as well as individuals, offering strategic tax solutions tailored to each client. He has extensive experience in corporate tax, tax consolidation (corporation tax and VAT), tax closure planning, personal income tax, tax compliance (withholdings, VAT, personal income tax, IAE, among others), as well as real estate taxation and resolution of complex inquiries.
He began his professional career in tax consulting in 2005 in the Tax Department of PwC, where, over a period of more than 17 years of experience, he has primarily advised medium-sized and large companies—subsidiaries in Spain of multinational groups and companies in the real estate sector—on direct and indirect tax matters, performing internal training functions and supervising the team's technical work, as well as directly interacting with clients to identify tax opportunities and provide recurring services.

- Member of the Spanish Association of Tax Advisors (since 2023).

- Postgraduate degree in Tax Consulting and Management 2004-2005. EADE, Faculty of Law, Ramon Llull University.
- Diploma in Business Administration, School of Business Studies, University of Barcelona (1991-1994).
