Llorenç Hernández is an Of Counsel at Allyon ETL, where he advises national and international companies on tax, commercial, and strategic matters. He brings his extensive experience in management consulting, negotiation, and business planning to the development of legal and tax solutions tailored to each client's specific needs. He has participated in the negotiation processes of numerous M&A and corporate restructuring transactions, as well as in complex corporate and contractual negotiations.
For 37 years, he served as Managing Partner at Audiconsultores, Advocats & Economistes, leading multidisciplinary teams and participating in comprehensive advisory projects for companies in various national and international sectors.
