Arnau is a consultant specializing in financial consulting with a strong focus on M&A transactions and advice on corporate transaction processes. He actively participates in financial due diligence, business valuations, and strategic consulting. His work focuses on the economic and financial analysis of companies, working closely with clients to assist them in key decision-making in the context of company purchases and sales and other corporate transactions.
With a comprehensive approach to corporate finance, he provides support to corporate clients in transactional processes, the preparation of economic and financial reports, and strategic analysis for business decision-making.
He currently advises companies in various sectors, helping them address their financial and strategic challenges through a rigorous and practical approach based on his consolidated experience in auditing and consulting.
He began his professional career in the banking sector, providing advice on personal finance and financial products to individual clients. Subsequently, he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor, where he had the opportunity to review the financial statements of multinational companies in the metallurgical, audiovisual and pharmaceutical sectors. During this stage, he reached the position of senior, leading work teams and coordinating comprehensive audits.
His career continued at KPMG, where he also served as a senior auditor, auditing companies in the chemical and healthcare sectors. During this period, he participated in the review of the correct accounting integration after a merger and acquisition (M&A) process, reinforcing his experience in complex corporate operations.
