CAREER
As a lawyer in the firm's legal and litigation department, Berta handles the handling and direct legal management of all types of legal proceedings in criminal and civil jurisdictions.
She also acts as legal counsel for both individuals and legal entities on all types of legal matters required in their daily operations, both pre- and during legal proceedings; identifying legal needs, negotiating, mediating, contracting, etc.
In the criminal field, Berta is also responsible for developing protocols for the prevention, detection, and response to sexual and gender-based assault and harassment in companies, as well as for their subsequent implementation and monitoring of their execution.
And, in the area of legal management and coordination for the firm, she is responsible for and manages the annual preparation of legal audits for large clients or accounts.
